Allfour were created as a new start up in 2019, made from experienced personnel with a passion for technology. We are industry veterans who care for our customer’s networks by delivering four key areas of connectivity; your local area network (LAN), your wireless network (WLAN), the cloud your apps run in, and the internet.
We also support our customer’s IT teams to help them create more value within their organisations, but with little in terms of service capability on the server/storage side of things – which is where we identified a channel support requirement.
We wanted to be in control of a service which we did not offer, coupled with the desire of our own pride and values being present in that same service. Investment into our own service capability was never an option, and so we leaned on ICC. We know their business from old, and from Chrissie Swift, right up to ICC’s MD, and back through the business again – everyone has the same passion to deliver to the highest standards.
Communication and a frictionless service was key to our partnership with ICC. Experience and expertise to lead ourselves, and our customers is always on hand and ICC provide a personal service where decisions/outcomes/situations are always explained thoroughly with the best intentions of the customer in mind.

ICC help to prop up our secondary support business to help accompany our network managed services. Without ICC we would surely have to no bid some of the opportunities which come our way, as customers usually want a ‘one stop shop’.

ICC allow us to expand on our skill sets and offerings without investing in our own resource. Their values and flexibility make this a great fit and allows us to focus on other strategic areas without worrying about the day-to-day delivery of their support.
ICC allow us to offer a complete portfolio of services from Networking right through to server/storage and even professional services, where required.
We usually use ICC for 24x7x4hr fix SLAs, something that we, and our customers have utmost faith with, in terms of their achievement against these SLAs.
ICC make us feel like their biggest customer, when in fact, we will be way down that stack (for now…!!). We get very supportive and dedicated account management from Chrissie Swift, and we appreciate the high levels of service, and channel focus this partnership delivers.
