CRN Women in Channel Awards
We are delighted that our very own Chrissie Swift was nominated and shortlisted in the ‘Sales Employee of the Year’ category at the CRN Women in Channel awards 2020.
We had fun during the virtual events on 14th and 15th October 2020. We celebrated in style with social distancing measures in place and a range of viewing areas to watch the virtual awards. Although Chrissie didn’t win her category, it was a great achievement to be shortlisted and recognised for her ambition and success within Channel sales at The ICC Group. She is certainly our winner!
“I have worked with Chrissie for the last 12 years in her current position at ICC and three previous organisations which has to be a testament to Chrissie as a sales professional. Chrissie has a great “can do” approach whilst taking the time to fully understand customer needs in order deliver the right customer solution. Chrissie always delivers on time at any point in the engagement. Good account/partner management comes really into play when things don’t go well as things always do and this is where Chrissie comes into her own, taking ownership and driving resolutions. I would recommend Chrissie to anyone in our industry.”
Richard Watson, Sales Specialist, Atos UK , June 2020
“Chrissie has been a pleasure to work with not just over the last year, but over the last few years. Nothing is too small for Chrissie, and it seems like she does not sleep. Always honest and transparent, you know exactly what you are getting service wise. I have managed sales teams for a long time, and they all hold Chrissie in high regard. If you want someone to put your trust in as a partner, Chrissie is that person.”
Joey Ghader, Director, All Four, June 2020
“The most important attribute of a Salesperson is to understand their client’s needs. Chrissie is an experienced Channel account manager and understands how the Ultima maintenance business works. She responds quickly to our requests and delivers an excellent customer service. People forget that a true differentiator of a top Salesperson is the ability to LISTEN, and by listening you gain a clear understanding of the requirement. The best sales employee in the industry by far, and well respected amongst her peers.“
Mark Pickin, Maintenance Services Business Manager, Ultima, June 2020
A Few Words from Chrissie
‘I am extremely proud to work for ICC and am thankful for all the support and guidance the people within it gives me. I think it is important to take responsibility for all elements of your work, be an active team player, and value each person across all departments. It is the whole team which makes me better at my day-to-day job.’
